Poturalski is a name that should be very familiar to Buffalo residents and Sabres fans alike. The 5-foot-10, 190 lb forward spent three years playing at the Nichols School and another season with the Buffalo Jr. Sabres of the OJHL before moving on to a two year career with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders in the USHL. He also participated in the Buffalo Sabres Rookie Development camp this past summer and played in front of 17,000 fans during the intrasquad scrimmage that concluded the camp.
