Seitz Nets Hat Trick

It looks like a change of scenery was exactly what Dylan Seitz needed. The 18-year-old center from Eden, NY has taken his opportunity with the Moncton Wildcats and run with it, netting a hat-trick last night in a QMJHL matchup against the Victoriaville Tigres.

Seitz, a 6-foot-2 185 pound forward spent time with The Nichols School and the Buffalo Jr Sabres OJHL teams before moving on to the OHL with the Kitchener Rangers last season. With an offense loaded with high-end talent, Seitz was not getting nearly the ice time he deserved and following a preseason injury, his rights were sent to Moncton, where he has excelled. Just 12 games into his time with the Wildcats, Seitz has 7 goals and 5 assists for 12 points and if his pace continues, could find himself on the NHL Draft radar in his second year of eligibility.
